If you are going back to sleep then you should wash your hands three times up to the knuckles and say "Asher Yatzar", and wash your hands in the morning up to your wrist and say "Modeh Ani" then. If however, you will be staying up, that would warrant a regular hand washing and "Modeh Ani".
